Yes. Family calls are welcome. We can include you, your parent, and other family members from different locations.

What should we have ready?

Your parent’s Medicare card, list of medications, doctor names, and current plan ID if known. We can walk through it together if you don’t have everything yet.

Will my parent feel pressured?

No. We move at your parent’s pace. There is no script and no obligation to enroll.
