Advantage bundles coverage and often includes drug benefits but uses networks. Supplement pairs with Original Medicare for broader provider access at higher premium.
Your Initial Enrollment Period is the seven months around your 65th birthday. Most people enroll in Part A and B, then add Advantage or Supplement plus Part D.
Term covers a set number of years at lower cost. Whole life covers you for life and may build cash value at higher premium. Time horizon and budget usually pick for you.
You don’t have to understand every plan. Have the Medicare card, current plan ID, list of medications, and doctor names ready. We walk through it together step by step.
Final expense is a small permanent policy designed to cover funeral and burial costs. Whole life is broader permanent coverage often with higher face amount.
Drug plans change every year. Compare current medications, pharmacy costs, and tier placement. Many people overpay because they didn’t review at AEP.
